Overall good value; the tap is slightly wobbly at the junction where the swan neck emerges, hence only 4 stars. My Franke tap is much sturdier and doesn't move - but it cost nearly 3 times as much! So despite this slight downside the Bristan is overall a good tap. The spray works well, runs smoothly and returns to its proper position without any problems, despite being housed in a relatively small cupboard. I would buy this again - it isn't tip-top quality, but it is very much more than adequate and is excellent for the price tag.

Overall, pleased with it. Really easy to control temp and speed. No light touch tapping and fiddling required. I just miss the stop button I had on my previous pull-out mixer.
