Honeywell TM200VP Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV)
Features & Benefits:
- Locking cap prevents accidental adjustment
- Can be installed in any orientation
- Fast, sensitive integral sensor
- Non return valve in each inlet
- Flange connection ensures easy removal without disturbing pipework
- Made from brass
- Size: 15mm
- Maximum pressure: 10 bar
The TM200VP has been approved to have the requirements of the NHS model engineering specification D08 for TMVs. This reduces the chance of water at an unsafe temperature being used. Having unsafe temperature waters can lead to burning, which occurs when hot water is stored in applications such as baths and basins.
The TM200VP can be fitted on both a single outlet or several outlets. As long as both the flow rates and water supply pressures are sufficient, a TMV should never be more than two metres from any outlet it is supplying.
Additional Information:
- Maximum working supply pressures (high systems): 1-5 bar
- Maximum working supply pressures (low systems): 0.2-1.0 bar
- Maximum differential pressures (high systems): 2.0 bar
- Maximum differential pressures (low systems) 0.4
- Maximum hot water temperature: 90°C
- Mixed temperature range: 35 to 46°C
Picking the correct sort of Valves is a major decision. After you determine that Thermostatic Mixer Valves are the appropriate solution then the Honeywell TM200VP Thermostatic Mixing Valves - TM200VP-3/4E is undoubtedly worth your consideration.
